Our club is certainly family orientated but definitely caters for anyone – whatever your ability.  We have certainly been strong in areas of R&R, Patrol Competition and First Aid over the years which helps provide another area for competitors should a member not prefer water events.  It doesn’t matter how good you are, or what you would like to do in the club, we can find something for you – there is a place for everyone!

After 30 years at this wonderful club, and so many fantastic memories, I find it extremely hard to choose a favourite!  I do remember as my last stint at Senior Club Secretary (back in the late 80’s) was a wonderful year for Seacliff. I was Secretary, Bly was Captain (just like now) and we won Senior State Titles.  The feeling on the beach and the club afterwards is something that I hope, those in this club that have never experienced, will get the opportunity in the next few years to be part of. With our wonderful group of young competitors coming through – it is something you want to be around to be part of!”
