Seacliff Surf Life Saving Club is proud to support Beach for All, an initiative dedicated to making Seacliff Beach accessible and inclusive for everyone, regardless of mobility or ability.

As the first beach in South Australia to introduce a beach access mat, Seacliff continues to lead the way in providing opportunities for people with disabilities and mobility challenges to safely enjoy the beach.

The program includes accessible beach matting, four beach-access wheelchairs and dedicated volunteer support during patrol hours throughout summer. The mat extends from the base of the wheelchair ramp directly in front of the Seacliff Hotel onto the sand, providing a stable pathway for wheelchairs, walkers, mobility aids and prams.

The beach access mat is available every weekend and public holiday from 1:00pm to 5:00pm during the patrol season.

Supported by the Club’s Beach for All Committee, the initiative continues to grow through community involvement and feedback, helping more individuals and families experience the beach and coastline with confidence.
